Apartment Picture Gallery

I finally got around to taking pictures of my new apartment, for all to see. Give them a look-see. Warning: bandwidth intensive (little thumbnails in the post, but fairly large images on which to click) (continued)

How about an Ice Cream Social?

So, as almost everyone reading this already knows, I can be a bit of a social gadfly (I’m not handsome enough to be a butterfly, let’s face it). However, I don’t really know anyone in the Santa Barbara region. But neither do the other 15 or so other new BMSE graduate students that are starting to arrive. So I need to arrange a mixer or activity to get things going. (continued)

How my co-workers have managed to dumbfound or annoy me again

I think its about time that I write down the crazy shit my co-workers do.  Since most people I have enjoyed the stories about the pain that Delightful Delila, I thought I keep a community log so that everyone could share in the joy.  I like to call todays story “The blood type and personality factor”

My apartment is better than yours

You heard me. ;-) I’m starting to move in to my new place, and it’s really, really great. Then again, I’m scared shitless, being in a new town where I don’t know anyone. But I’m trying to keep looking on the bright side.

Man, the car trip here was crazy… (continued)

Delayed Journey

As of this moment I’m sitting in my parents’ home office, logged on through AOL, surfing the web. This is not what I had planned. According to plan, right now I should be sitting in a hotel room, logged on through CU’s modem pool, surfing the web. ;-)

In other words, I haven’t left on my move to California yet. We needed to hang around today because by grandfather, Robert Bonham, is dying. (continued)

This to is a test of the blog thingy

Godwalker Update

So, as soon as I posted the news that Greg Stolze’s book “Godwalker” was available, I surfed over to PayPal and ordered it. Fifteen minutes later, I received an e-mail from Greg himself, informing me that I was the first sale! (continued)
